I have run! Here there is "el antes" and "el despues" so before and after.... You can guess which one is which one.. I want to do that at least 3 days a week, I am happy! and it was in the beach of Barcelona, good good good, but so hot... so hot... just talk to Banchan, Amsterdam! Argentina! oh, family! all we together... it sounds gooooood...
